Double Disc Gate Valve are special design of gate valve that improves the performance of wedge gate valve.The body-bonnet connection is made by a pressure seal gasket.

Inspection and test standard:MSS SP-61 or API 598

Full Port, Design for high pressure service

Size: 4" to 24" DN100 to 600

Pressure: 600LB, 900LB ,1500LB, 2500LB, 3000LB, 4500LB (PN200-PN500)

Body: Available for both cast and forged steel

Bonnet: Same material as body, and wall thickness sometimes are exceeds than the requirement of API600

Disc: There are two forged disc and seating area are hardfaced with 2mm minimum thickess of Stellite

Renewable Seat ring: forged stainless steel, hardface with at least 2mm Stellite, lapped for a perfect tight seat.
