Features:

1. Low fluid resistance. The medium channel inside the gate body is straight through, and the flow direction of the medium does not change when it flows through the gate valve, so the flow resistance is small.

2. Less effort to open and close. When opening and closing, the motion direction of the ram is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with the globe valve, one is easier to open and close.

3. The flow direction of the medium is generally not limited. The medium can flow from both sides of the gate valve in any direction that all can achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting. Easy to install, suitable for use in pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.

Standards:

One is the imported type according to ANSI B16.34 and JISL1 E101 standards, and the other is the national standard type according to JB 3595 standards. The temperature-pressure scale it follows is consistent, and there is some interchange relationship in some pipes. The central part adopts pressure self-tightening without valve cover, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The self-sealing ring has two materials, one is low carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (wire gauze). The upper layer of the sealing surface is welded drill-based cemented carbide, and the processing layer is ≥3mm, with wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the welding groove can be made according to the standard or user requirements. Suitable for thermal power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, superheated steam pipeline.
