Pneumatic Hard Seal Carbon Steel Gate Valve

Pneumatic gate valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and valve body connected by machinery, is a linear operation on the valve. Pneumatic hard seal gate valve is one of the most common open and closed pneumatic valve, the fluid medium to turn on and off the pipe operation gate valve.

PXN'S Pneumatic gate valve is a low-bracket open-stem gate valve with pneumatic actuator which are double-layer cylinder with buffer mechanism and manual and its protection mechanism (opitional with manual and self-locking pneumatic-manual conversion device). Due to this structure of the valve, compared with the single layer cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force is double. It solves the shortcoming that certain valve bodies of the single layer cylinder pneumatic gate valve cannot be opened due to wedge.  What'more,the pneumatic gate valve has a buffer mechanism, it can effectively slow down and lighten the abrasion of the valve wedge sealing surface and valve body sealing surface due to the downward impact of the piston when the stainless steel pneumatic valve is closed.

Main Features of pnematic wedge gate valve

1. Pneumatic gate valve is equipped with pneumatic actuator and manual mechanism.

2. The gate valve actuator adopts a double-cylinder structure the lifting force is doubled. Required torque is small.

3. It solves that  single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves are wedged in the valve body and cannot be opened.

4. Equipped with a buffer mechanism, which can effectively reduce the wear of the valve plate sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface caused by the downward impact of the piston when the valve is closed, and can also avoid the phenomenon of gate jamming.

5. Open when here is strength, sealing performance is better, and the allowable leakage can reach 10-8×KV. Unrestricted flow of medium, not approach flow, no pressure drop
