Bellows Seal Butt Welded Globe Valve
The WJ61Y bellows seal butt welded globe valve features a dual robust bellows seal design (bellows + packing), which ensure zero leakage of stem position seal degree. No fluid loss, improved plant equipment safety and compliance with international sealing standards. The sealing surface of the bellow seal globe valve is surfacing with Co based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, friction resistance and long service life. Valve stem tempering and surface nitriding treatment have good anti-corrosion and anti-friction properties; Valve stem lifting position indication is more intuitive.

Features:
1.Belows seal element. The key part of bellows sealed globe valves is metal below. It is the connection between cover and stem with automatic roll welding.The metal bellow can keep the stem part no leakage.
2.Benefit from the conical and streamlined shape design, the disc has a reliable seal and longer service life.
3.Double seal design (bellows + packing). Bellows and packing can protect against leakage and provide a excellent seal.
4.Grease nipple.It can direct lubricate the stem, nut and sleeve.
5.Ergonomic hand wheel. It provides longer service life and easier operation.
