This type is proved for steam boilers.

There is a feed water collector on the inlet side of the dom level control valve and a drum on the outlet side. The feed water required during the ignition stage of the steam boiler is sent to the boiler via the bypass control valve and the boiler is made parallel to the other boilers through this bypass control valve. Boiler can vary in different steam flow rates.

It is paralleled with other boilers. After the boiler is paralleled, the control valve will be opened and the bypass control valve will be closed. The feed water inlet pressure of the bypass control valve is normally in the range of certain pressure and the feed water inlet pressure does not exceed work pressure. The drum pressure increases to a certain pressure and can be reduced to a min pointed pressure when using a dom level control valve.  When retrospective production of steam boilers is considered, it is seen that the steam flow varies mainly in the range of work flow rate.
