Pressure Seal Gate Valve

Pressure seal construction is for high temperature high pressure service, tycially pressure is 900LB, 1500LB, 2500LB, 3000lb, 4500LB. Compared to other constructions, Pressure seal is body-bonnet joint seals, he sealing is achieved by the internal pressure that pushes the bonnet against the gasket providing the sealing.

Inspecion and test standard: MSS SP-61 or API598

Butt welded end standard: ASME B16.25

Pressure Seal Bonnet Sealing: As sealing capability doesn't rely on body/bonnet bolting, this configuration is fit for high temperature service.

Stem Sealing: Graphite packing for high temperature service. 

Seat Sealing: Integral body Seat or Sealing welded separate seat rings. Renewable seat ring are also available upon request.
