Metal seal butterfly valve are eccentric butterfly valve.There are tri-eccentric butterfly valve and double eccentric butterfly valve. The tri-eccentric butterfly valve adopts three dimesioal eccentric multi layer metalic seal structure, it is hard seal. Double eccentric butterfly valve are designed to reduce the friction between seat and seal.Both of them has good performance.

Double eccentric butterfly valve are designed to reduce the friction between the seat and the seal about 15 stroke, and add a special eccentricity angle beta, which not only overcomes all contact friction between the seal and the valve seat in the valve opening and closing.

The service life is increasing, and the sealing pressure can be regulating arbitrarily by changing the applied torque, so that the sealing is more reliable and there is no turning over phenomenon.
