1. Special Seat Design

The floating ball valve is flexible seal ring structure. When medium pressure is lower, the contact area of seal ring and ball is smaller, so higher sealing ratio is formed at the place where the seal ring and ball contact to ensure reliable sealing. When medium pressure is higher, the area is larger and the seal ring endure high medium thrust without any demage.

2.Fire Safe Structure Design

PTFE or other non-metal seat will be decomposed or demaged when on fire. We adopt fire proof seat ring between ball and seat. Even if Resilent seat is burnt, the medium push the ball rapidly towards the downstream metal seal ring to control leakage of valve.

3. Reliable sealing of valve stem

The stem of floating ball valve is provided with shoulder its bottom and adopts V type packing sealing structure. This design brings durable life of floating ball valve.

4.Lock is optional

The manual ball valve can be locked by a lock when it is at the full open or full close position. The 90 degree open and close positioning piece with lock hole is designed to avoid valve misoperation caused due to hanle operation by non-operator and it can also prevent valve opening or closing, or other accidents caused by pipeline vibration or unpredictable factors.
