A cryogenic valve is designed to react to high pressure which pushes the valve to open position to allow the media to flow.
The common material for cryogenci valves are stainless steel with deep cold treatment or with extension stem.
Compared to other medium, the cryogenic medium is very sensitive. Any leakages in an unwanted place cause serious damages. That's way, it needs regular checking when cryogenic service processing.
